Lone Worker Support
Our 24/7 helpdesk service is available to support you lone workers and to assist with support as required.
Lone works, such as security personnel, concierge and front of house staff or cleaners for example can use our 24/7 helpdesk service for check-ins at designated times.
At the point of onboarding, designated times and escalation processes can be put in place should a lone worker not check-in or if they report an issue at their place of work. Passwords, code words or safe words can also be set on the account and can be used in the lone worker is caught up in a situation which needs immediate escalation.
